I personally don't date simply because it does not interest me and that I have other priorities in life than dating.

However, if I was into dating, then the level of disability would probably play a certain role. It is important though to communicate openly with the potential or future partner that the disability issue does not interfere with your intellect, character or personality. Those 3 assets are much more important than a physical challenge because in everyday life, this does not pose a major problem in a relationship.

Now, if the disability is to such an extent that it requires 24/7 attention by the partner, then it is highly unlikely that many people would sacrifice themselves.
