As long as he isn’t under the age of 18 k think you should date who makes you happy. Everyone is different some people have different preferences and standards.
Some people may for others may be against dating someone younger or older. But everyone is different just because some people don’t. I think people should be focused on finding their soulmate. Everyone is so different and I believe there is only one person whose truly right for us.
Being that everyone is different some people may want to force their standards on you. But they can’t dictate your life.
As I said before if someone’s dating someone as a grown man or woman someone under the age of 18. Yes that’s a major problem and predatory. Even if it’s technically legal in some jurisdictions doesn't make it right.
It's up to consenting adults to figure out if they are compatible, and that includes age. I've dated some much younger women and age doesn't have to be a dealbreaker if you're compatible and mature enough to deal with different perspectives.
From my experience I've had much better experience with guys that are 15 years older age gap then me. My husband hasjyst turn 47 and I am 31 . The emotinal connection is a lot more stronger. We tell each other everything We love each other and the sex is very strong too I'velost my virginity to him ad he even cry when I gie myself to him. Guys my own age I noticed are all spoiled and mommys little boy and they can't handle adult situations and always have to tell mommy about everything. They turn aggressive when things don't go thier way.
I prefer dating older boys more than younger

As long as it's legal, right? I mean, 40 year olds should not be dating 15 year olds etc..
However, you'd have to wonder why a 40 year old, needs to settle for an 18 year old, right?
My mom has a friend who's married to a guy, 20 years older. They've made it work. Though again, why did he need to settle for someone so much younger?
10 years is fine since you are 44 the guy would be 34 which is still grown and mature
