I need ideas: what are some ways to let your man know you love him?

I need ideas. I am not good at this. He is by giving me gifts. Would that be a way? I assume that’s his love language? Please help.

Gifts are rarely the language for love, unless its the exact precise gift reflecting how well he knows what you love (e. g. a perfect gift is then a language of love).

The best way to let a guy know you love him is to share things he loves together (this doens't include sex, thats not really 'something he loves', but people often describe guys as 'loving sex'). So, if he's a StarWars geek, arrange to watch the movies together or something, or you could get him some figurine or other gift which reflects how well you know what he loves / likes.

Seriously though, be very wary of gifts, gifts are often used as ways to get easy wins. Flowers are always welcomed and most mature guys know this and will buy them routinely for a girl their interested in. it's an expression of attraction and also one of wanting you to like them, for sure, but its not directly usually an example of love (not saying someone can't give flowers lovingly, but to do that they would need to be flowers which reflect a deep knowledge of the girl, e. g. flowers only someone who loved her would know was her ideal flowers).

If I was him I’d be good w a nice meal. Like something different that takes a little longer than what you usually cook. Maybe even his favorite meal. As much as women like to think we’re complicated, we really aren’t. We’re complicated to women because instead of thinking wow it’s that simple. You start thinking how you think in relation to us that it has to be more than just that. I love movies. So a good meal w a good movie, preferably comedy, some dessert. I mean a dessert dessert, not you as dessert. That’ll come later lol A date out might be ok, but honestly if he’s a hard working man like myself I just want to come home, shower, eat something, relax. Gifts are nice but they don’t have the same effect on men as they do women. A lot of men realize women like materials. So if you want to get him something maybe something that pertains to something he likes doing.

"Treat him right" is all I can think of.
It's in your body language, in the way you look at him, the way you offer affection.
(that counts the other way round as well, I think)
When you DO love him, then he will be aware of it. And when he's of quality, then he'll appreciate it without additional ado.
