So this girl I worked with keeps looking at me and she gave me her number but now she doesn't talk to me much until I came and talk to her and tells me she has a boyfriend but says she wants to be friends what should I do?

Is it a serious boyfriend or is she just dating a number of guys and this guy is her "boyfriend" meaning the main guy she dates? If its her boyfriend, exclusively then...

You be a good friend (without agenda) and if her situation changes, consider if your still hot for her and remind her early so maybe she can see you for something more.

I would say, if you can not see her as just a friend (e. g. you cannot see her non romantically and it would trouble you seeing her as just a friend), you may want to just politely let her know that you need to step back a bit whilst you adjust (e. g. be clear you where into her, but clearer still you respect she didn't choose to date you and hope to be able to come back as a friend, e. g. move on now she's chosen her boyfriend).

Doing the above, you will show to her your worth the long run, you might annoy her boyfriend, but if your being genuine and honest whichever approach you take, you put yourself in the best position for her to work out how she really feels, whatever that might be, and to know your a uniquely special person to her (either friend or future lover). Nope and her sis the reason. Don't date people you work with. That's pretty much it bro. Nothing good comes of it. Think how many successful relationships you've had. Now think about one at work that? Doesn't work. What happens the? Just let this one go is my suggestion and it comes with some experience in the matter. Do yourself a favor and find a girl outside of work. You will thank me.
