If he likes simplicity and humility don't wear anything too revealing wear something modest but still cute. Just start with the basic questions figure out his likes and hobbies. Ask about his family and stuff. Just the normal questions you would expect on a first date.

Dress modestly, leave some mystery as to your body and not parade it for everyone else. As for questions I always say be very upfront with your intentions and long term/short term goals. Other than that just relax and get to know the guy, it is only going to be as big a deal as you make it. Ask about his interests and hobbies. Take an interest in him and listen: don't just think about what you're going to say next while he's talking.
