What body type between me and my friends is the best (we are all between 6’ and 6’3, feel free to take height into account)? And why?

Ah, I am the one on the far right, about 6’ 1/2, 193 rn, trying to hit 200 and a little leaner before college starts up. Also trying to hit 300 on bench before then (I am 285 rn)
