Well I have a girlfriend if that counts. I trust her implicitly at this point. I know that she wouldn't do anything like what you are suggesting and post content of me online for everyone to see. Of course it took us a while to build that trust but we have been together for some time now. She would never do that and knows that I would never do it to her without either of us consenting to it. That is basic trust in a relationship. While she does have some rather revealing pictures of me from vacations and other things... she keeps them locked in a private folder on her phone that only she can access. I can't even get into it if I wanted. I don't have any worry about her posting them.
