Don't overthink this too. Braces are cute and a temporary device that I would overlook. And if you think a guy is afraid to lip lock with a girl with braces then you should know a guy is just happy to be lip locking with a girl, braces or not.
As a glasses wearer myself I can say that if you pick the right glasses they will enhance your features not the opposite.
If you are currently wearing both there are plenty of guys who will find the look really cute. Embrace who you are and don't overthink it.
