If that’s how you judge a relationship, then don’t date.
Relationships are not about money, if a person has to brag or flex they have plenty cash, they are pretty much a fuckwit.
i spent a year or so dating at university, the girl was working and I was a student, she paid for most stuff, it was never ever about money though. I have also done it the other way, me working and her not, cash never really comes into the equation.
Anyone throwing money into a relationship needs to end the relationship

She's not a girlfriend if you only see her as a pit. A girlfriend is someone you love, who brings you joy and companionship.

  I've been on lots of first, second, third, and fourth dates. Dating is expensive... and without any physical contact (hug, kiss, sex etc). It's just like when I go to the bar with my buddies from work except I dont pay for their drinks, meals etc.

  Besides dating and being in a committed relationship aren't the same. If you truly have a girlfriend then you aren't on 1st, 2nd or 3rd dates. You're already on a committed relationship.
  
  If you are in an actual relationship with a woman and she demands you pay for everything while y'all are in a relationship then you should not be in a relationship with her. Find someone who isn't demanding you financially support her.
