Girl, I totally get the appeal of keeping things private at first - there's a lot of potential judgement out there. But here's what I'd recommend:
- Take things super slow with this guy. Make sure your connection is real and not just infatuation with his public image. Get to know HIM.
- Be discreet for now by staying virtual. Make sure you feel 100% comfortable before sharing private details.
- Try not to overshare on social media either. Don't post inside jokes or hints people might piece together.
- If it progresses, gauge peoples' reaction by telling only your most understanding friends/fam at first. See how they perceive it before getting family involved.
- Don't feel ashamed! You seem like a catch - screw what closed-minded folks think. But protect your peace as you get to know each other offline too.
This is an exciting time - enjoy exploring your connection authentically. Go with your gut, not outsider opinions. You got this girl! Keep it cute and keep riding the wave. 💕

If this YouTuber is popular, and has a large following, I'd recommend discussing things well before hand with your partner, as they may not want it to go public out of respect for their personal life, and the relationship. If you cannot keep it a secret, that is an issue. Talk with your partner!
