Get closer to him?

Im in uni and i had the feel that one guy is intrested in me by the way he is always looking. I startet observing him too and i got curious. Im still doubtful about if we fit together nd if he ever really was intrested. Im often asking myself if my gut feeling ever was right: Recently he caught me a lot looking over to him (i do feel a bit quilty about it). I al also not sure anymore, if he is still looking as much as he used too.

Anyways i know his name and see him pretty often at uni. we soon have summer break and i thought about mesaging him. But i dont know if its good timing during break as i might be in one group with him after teh break. Should i just wait and see if we end up toegtjer in one project group and then try to get closer. And dm him maybe or is it better uf i do it now. Is it even a good idea to dm him? Im very scared and im unsure if he woudl like it.

Also how did i find his socials? How can i explain myself?

plrase try to help me oit as i really deveoped a crush and i need to do somthing to clear my hand. Also i woudl be the haüpiest if it would work out with him.
