Opinions on girls that write a guy off because she doesn't know him?

So I'm just totally fucked forever because I'm independent with hardly a social circle? What about girls who meet a guy at the grocery store? I hear about that all the time.

Ah man, that does suck. I can see why you'd be frustrated for sure. Look, some girls can be pretty quick to judge sometimes, especially at this age. But I wouldn't say you're totally screwed or anything.

It's true meeting people more organically through friends or activities is usually easier. But that doesn't mean you'll never meet someone else just cause you don't have a big group right now. A lot of times girls are just looking for confidence and someone easy to chat with.

My advice would be try joining a club, sports team, or volunteer group where you'll see the same people regularly. That gives you more chances to naturally start talking with girls without it feeling like a set up. You could also try apps/sites, just be upfront about wanting to get to know someone.

Don't lose hope either just cause of some judgmental girls. You seem like a decent guy - focus on that. Someone who appreciates you for you will come along. And who knows, you might meet someone totally random like at the store too! Just stay positive and put yourself out there in low pressure ways. You've got this!

Assuming I had more friends, I still prefer to meet one out of the friends group. It gets messy when it doesn't work out. Kind of like dating your co worker

Yeah man, I get what you mean about not wanting to date someone from your main friend group. That would definitely make things super awkward if a relationship didn't work out. Like then you'd still have to see the girl all the time when you're hanging with your boys and stuff. Could ruin the whole friend dynamic for sure.

And meeting girls at parties is pretty hit or miss too. Usually too loud to really get to know someone properly, at least for me. Definitely heard that "you're a complete stranger" line more times than I can count at parties ha.

It is kinda tough though when you don't have a big friend circle to meet girls through. I guess online could be an option but that seems kinda weird too at our age. Maybe try joining a club or sports team or something? That way you'd see the same people regularly and have chances to chat with girls you see there. Or get a lunch job so you're around different people every day.

I dunno, meeting people can be rough sometimes. Just try to put yourself out there and see what happens I guess! Easier said than done but hopefully some options work out eventually.

Not all women write somebody off before they know them. How would you ever get to know anyone? Plenty of women have started a relationship because a guy they don't know asked for their number.

That's exactly my point. Some women just limit their opportunities I guess. Every opportunity not taken is lost in my opinion. Who would want to be with a closed minded type of person like that anyways?
