Do guys really find "cute" girls attractive?

I get told most of the time that I'm cute, baby-faced and pretty. Sometimes people tell me I look 13 (I'm actually 24) which feels like an insult as if I'm a kid rather than a grown lady.

I have a small frame, but an hourglass body, if that makes any difference. I've wide eyes, short hair, small nose and lips. My outfits are mostly elegant dresses.

BUT... My problem here is that almost none of the guys who seem to like me actually approach me for a date or so.. and I'm starting to think maybe they think my looks are too cute for a romantic relationship? Or should I search for another cause?

If you look 13 it might be hard for a lot of guys to not feel like a pedo. If it were me I think a few conversations in which you demonstrate the age of your thoughts would alleviate any internal pedo vibes. Granted, a girl in her 20s is perhaps a bit young for me, too, but hypothetically i think as long as her ass looked she was long done with puberty, I can figure it out.
