I've been crushing on this guy and I noticed he always either just stare at me or sometimes wait nearby my building. We have spoken before and exchanged numbers, that was a year ago during Covid-19, so I wore and mask and lately I think he's trying to figure out if i'm the same person he spoke to a year ago. Back then, he would greet me when he sees me. I also see him purposely riding a bike infront of me recently. Sometimes he would walk up to me and then not say anything and walk away. Do you think he likes me or if he's just confused? We also make eye contact and would follow behind me

And the fact his friend said hi out of the blue makes me think he's prob been telling his boys about you. Guys don't usually describe girls to their friends in detail unless they like them.

Ugh girl, that is super annoying if he was really asking some other chick for her number right in front of you! Not a good look at all.

A few possibilities here:

- He could just be messing around and flirting with his friend to save face since you were there, guys do dumb stuff like that sometimes.

- Or maybe he lost your number from last year and was honestly asking to get it again but went about it in a lame confusing way

- It's also possible he's just not that into you and is still playing the field, unfortunately

I'd say give it a bit more time to see how he acts next time you run into each other. Does he seem interested in talking to you again or was he just pretending before? Pay attention to if he's really focused on other girls too.

If he keeps acting shady, I'd drop any hopes of anything happening there sis. You deserve a guy who's excited to be with just you, not half-assing it! Don't waste your time if his attention is scattered. But maybe give it one more chance to clarify before writing him off completely. Let me know what you decide to do!

Well I did notice before he followed me he followed other girls also. Then he would turn and follow me instead. But when I’m there he looks at me. Once I sat down at McDonald’s, he just stared at me from distance

Ah I gotcha, that does make it a bit more confusing seeing it play out like that then. If he's following around and looking at other girls too, not just you, then it seems like he might just be into checking out a lot of different people instead of having a real interest in one person.

The staring at McDonald's is still pretty weird though, ngl. Like most guys aren't gonna just stare at a girl from far away unless they find them attractive. But the following around other girls too kinda takes away from that meaning he extra likes you, y'know?

Honestly man, at this point I'd say don't stress too much about figuring this dude out. He kinda seems wishy washy going between looking at all these different girls.
