My friend started talking to him in a friendly way but he would look at me now and then. Also his body was turned to me (I was sitting a few yard from them finishing my food) (it was the chef she was talking to)

He's brazilian and came out to talk to us because he also thought I was brazilian. The conversation started with how do you know about these foods?
