There was a guy in my class who would constantly engage with me. He sits across from me. We make a class circle and he always makes eye contact while he’s talking. I’ve seen him do it to other people but he does it to me the most.
He’s opinionated and outspoken but I just think he’s passionate. He’s really really smart.
Anyways one class I came in and was on my phone. He was debating something funny about the koolaid man with another classmate lol.
I kept looking up at my phone and smiling at him and looking down.
He did the same and kept smiling and looking at me then back at the classmate who he was talking to. I was making it rlly obvious and smiling at him and looking back at my phone and I kept repeating. But he was reciprocating. I finally stopped and gazed down at my phone. When I looked back up at him he was staring and sleepily smiling at me and kinda yawned and said something then put his head on his desk but I didn’t catch what he said lol.
The whole transaction was interesting.
He’s called me out in class once and asked if me specifically was gonna say something to the discussion because I contribute a lot but maybe he likes hearing it. I’m not the only one to contribute by the way. Also this semester he waved to me when I saw him the hall lol on the first day.
So fast forward a few weeks I’ve kinda moved on and I joined an organization at my school and guess what? He’s in it lol. We have a groupchat and I noticed his name when I joined and when I joined you can send a wave to the person and he didn’t send me a wave ( he did it to other people earlier on ) but maybe he didn’t recognize my name because I used my initial I don't know.
He’s very outspoken in the group chat and I probably will see him again because we’re now in the same club. What should I do? Could he have interest?
