Maybe. But looks like he wants more effort from you. I’ve received messages like this before cuz I’m usually out and busy, but if you’re interested in him to get to know him better - you can make abit more time and communication. Worse thing is sayin you’ll make time and you won’t, but sayin you’re busy with not much contact while giving him your number can be frustrating/discouraging/confusing like that for the other person.
