I ruined my life and dreams?

At age 32, because of a bad childhood, for it, i got out at 24 but i completer was devasted, i grew to learn i came from a toxic housrhold, bad boyfriends and friends, and lost jobs, i couldnt get over the sadness. Was looking for love, posted things on the internet that will never be deleted, etc. Now what? I want to create me dream life but im too scared the past will haunt me.

Aw girl I'm sorry you had to deal with all that toxic stuff in your past. No wonder it's been so hard to move on! But don't beat yourself up - you were just trying to find happiness after all the crap you went through growing up.

It's okay to feel scared the past will come back to haunt you. That stuff leaves deep scars. But try not to let it hold you back from your dreams either. You're still so young! Plenty of time to start fresh.

Maybe see if there's job retraining you could do? Or take some classes to meet new people and build your confidence up. Your past mistakes don't define who you are. And everyone has stuff they regret posting online.

You deserve to be happy! Focus on self care, surround yourself with supportive friends, and take things one step at a time working towards your goals. Easier said than done, I know. But you got this! You're stronger than any toxic bs from before. Believe in yourself girl! Your best life is waiting.

You cannot change the past, but you can make sure your future is the best it can be, even if it is to stick 2 fingers up at all those who have wronged you.
As for the stuff that is on the net, what you need to do is arm yourself with loads of 'put downs' which you can use should the need arise. Hopefully though, you won't need to..

Can't change the past can't contemplate the future. Better try to be happy at the present with whatever u have.

Most millennials feel the same and Genz's are carching up to it too.. modern world has its benefits n flaws.. its just the time to face the flaws I guess..!
