I ruined my life at 29?

I had a good life 10 years ago but bad people around me. These people ruined my life. I got into trouble and got beaten up once. Lost my job twice and met a lot of people who didn't had intregity besides ruining me and getting jealous. My family turned against me and blamed me for their actions. I feel so bad, a damaged life.

You need to let go of your past and forgive yourself.

okay- so today you decide you will build integrity and trust. You do not hang with losers anymore. You stop your bad behavior and find a job. It will not be easy and will take some time but it is doable.
