@Kaneki05 I misread the question yes it’s true trans men are born female and they will always be female as well. A male and a female in a relationship with each other is heterosexual by definition. Male and female are sexes. Heterosexual means two people from the opposite sex in a relationship with each other

@Kaneki05 It’s not my thoughts. I am going by actual definitions and stating facts. Humans can’t change sexes. They can only change their looks. So a trans man will always be female and a trans woman will always be male.
Homosexual and gay are synonymous words. If a guy who isn’t trans dates a trans woman it is gay/homosexual by definition because it’s two people from the same sex
If he dates a trans man it’s straight/heterosexual because it’s two people from the opposite sex.

Lots of people say trans women are men and based on what I have seen on the media a lot of trans women fail to pass physically as a woman so it’s possible some other people who read this question may misunderstand as well.

Your thoughts here rely on the biological sex rather than look at the psychological aspect.

The psychological aspect would argue such person is not straight if they get turned on by such things, as it's actually Bi or confusion because it's not in line with a straight mindset for a guy wanting to be the one taking a fake dick from a woman who appears as a man.

Biologically correct she is a she, but psychologically it's more nuanced to why that turns the person on whether it's does the woman turn you on or the cock or both? And if both then yeah Bi.

Homosexual is two people from the same sex.
Heterosexual two people from the opposite sex.
Heterosexual and homosexual doesn’t refer to how feminine or masculine a person looks. It’s referring to their biological sex.

If I met a trans man and they didn’t tell me they were trans straight away and I thought very much they looked like a man.
If they told me they were trans a little while after I would stop the relationship with them. I don’t care what they look like I really don’t want to date another female.

@Kaneki05 Anything surgically created isn’t real. If a person gets rhinoplasty that isn’t his/her real nose shape, if a person gets breast implants that’s not their real breast size and a surgically created penis is not a real penis.
I imagine the large majority of women wouldn’t want to date a trans man and aren’t attracted to the thought of a surgically created cosmetic penis.
