I don't have "game" at my age, and it's frustrating?

The main reason why I don't go up to women is, because I have no idea of what to say. The other issue is where to take the conversation. I'm not a big talker, normally I just want to get it over with. I'm in a place where I see a couple ladies that I would love to talk to, but don't know where to start. I would love to get them to laugh and seem smooth, then get their number. Just have ni idea about what to say after hello.

As someone in the same boat as you let me tell you what helped me.

Stop giving a fuck and seeing the girl not as next possible romantic partner but as interesting person maybe even as a potential new friend.

You would be suprised how attractive women find it if you're able to hold a conversation and are able to bond over common things/opinions basically how you would try to make a friend.

The flirting part basically comes automatically if you're interested as you will try to move closer, try to make them laugh (and they will , even if its bad if theyre interested in you) maybe touch their arm while cracking above mentioned bad joke and eventually complimenting them. Then there's teasing which is basically the wholesome variant you did as school boy to girls back then when they started to be interesting. shouldn't be onesided and not be critic but something you can both laugh about.

I recently started dating a girl were we started out just having long conversations about shared values, what we want etc. I wasn't even thinking of trying to whooo her, I found her attractive and interested in what she had to say and imvested in the conversation we had.

Not too often, because of not knowing what to talk about. Then ending up looking weird.
