There are two ways things usually go.

Attraction comes first. Then with interest you look deeper at personality. If that's all good then a desire to either mate or have a relationship comes to the fore.

Personality comes first. Usually through work or a friendship group setting. You talk with a guy. You don't really think much about it. But over some time you realise you enjoy his company. He makes you laugh. Your day feels better when you have interacted with him. You start feeling an attraction. You start looking at him. And where before you were not physically attracted, now you are.

In my experience the world is all about the first. Only be interested if initial attraction is there. But the second option is the one that leads to long term relationships! I'm sure of it!

Sorry I diverged. Type of man can vary. But typically for me (but not absolute) tends to be darker haired over blonde. White skinned. 5'11 to 6ft in height. A nice jaw line. Think comic book heroes lol. Some stubble. Not usually a beard tho. Nice shape. Like broad shoulders, arms, nice chest. Hairy or non hairy fine but not like really thick hairy chest. In my age range I'm not gonna fuss over a bit of bulk or tummy. Just not "really fat". a lot of attraction is in the face tho. A certain cheeky smile or glint in the eye rather than specific features. And this needs to be backed up with a nice friendly good humored nature. Prob easier to say what wd be turn off, regardless of looks. An arrogant, sarcastic, rude or negative attitude. Being too picky or OCD about things. Rigid thinking or not much thinking ability. Poor communication skills.
