Going on a big trip and told him his move and no response yet, what to do?

After I moved out my old roommate showed he wanted to begin again. We stopped after the 2nd time so we didn’t complicate things. I gave a couple options but they literally were super last minute, and I’ve run into him a handful of times and he seems so into me. I gave him a final time, I’m going on a big trip and haven’t told him, I wanted to see what happened before (it’s almost 2 months since I moved out). I told him it’s his turn, his move. I saw him at the store and he was sick and then kind of cut it off through text and he told me he wasn’t ignoring me he has been sick, so I reiterated it’s his move and that I leave the 1st it’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard from him. Is there anything else I should say? Is there anything I should say in person if I see him? I have 7 days, and honestly I think it might be he’s with someone now, I’m not sure. What would you say?

No, we hooked up we weren’t ever together but he told me when I moved out he wanted to start. So I told him his move to make plans before my trip, but no move has been made. It’s been 4 days.
