Should I tell him how I feel that he's moving away?

I have been with him for over a year. We aren't officially a couple but he told me he has feelings for me and I told him the same. He's a really great guy and don't want to lose even if we're just friends with benefits or casually seeing each other.
He told me he's moving away in 9 months and I'm very upset about it. I haven't told him that I am upset about it.
Before that he hinted something by asking me if I ever consider leaving my hometown ( where we both live now) and since I didn't know why he was asking I said probably not. The truth is I would move for him but I don't know if I should tell him now.
What should I do? Keep quiet about how I feel or just spill my guts?

I am dating someone now who has had friends w benefits prior to me. He has told me that once you're that you can't change the dynamic at least for him. I would still convey you're feelings now. If that's not what he would want then you should stop the friends with benefits before you're feelings go further for him. I personally can't do friends with benefits because of that.
