My work crush is leaving. Should I tell her how I feel/ask her out?

Anonymous
A girl I have a crush on at work told me she is moving away (about 30 mins drive) and therefore is leaving work. I am just wondering if I should tell her how I feel, because I think she might like me back. There is a large age gap between us (12 years), and I wonder if because of that I should just let her go or whatever. These are some of the things that make me think she likes me more than a colleague-

Asked me to travel with her to a colleague's bday party with her. She also asked me to go out to a night out she has arranged when normally the other people there would not invite me. That night, she drove me and her there and said we could get home together. And at the night out she was feeding me food across the table and immediately went to the bar when they gave me the wrong drink.

Added me on social media, love-hearted my new profile pic.

When a previous relationship of mine ended, she never mentioned it but came up to me and gave me a bag of candy she had started eating, and started doing things like buying me painkillers whenever I would say I had a headache and stuff.

Laughing at similar things and having shared jokes. She asks me to come help her with easy tasks, or offer to come help me with easy things.

Sometimes come into work on days I work and she isn't and makes some small talk.

Counted down the days until we are on together.

Has asked me if I like whatever she is wearing and stuff like that.

Compliments me too when I complain about my age, saying I look a lot younger than I am.

Goes quiet if I compliment another girl, or if another girl says something flirty to me. Recently, she has stopped being sweet to me and has started teasing or jokingly picking on me.

So what do you think? Does she like me? Should I tell her how I feel? Thanks for reading.
