Details are in a previous question I posted, but overall there's this guy at the workplace I just quit. We're in the same circle of friends. Once, our mutual friend did me a favor where he asked him about dating life, and my crush told him he doesn't date in the workplace. Later we found out it's because he had a messy breakup at his previous workplace because the girl was leaving. After hearing that, I felt hesitant to flirt at all, although I often went to chat with him. There was once a formal work party he and I were talking about going to together, but I was caught up in the work aspect of it that I didn't spend time with him. He left early. I later addressed it but he said he wasn't pissed. Since then he doesn't text anymore. The last two days of work, I spent the whole day with him, jamming (musically) and chatting. On that first day, he was going to go buy coffee and asked me if I wanted any. I told him I don't drink coffee... He came back with an iced tea for me. I texted him thanks again later. On the last day of work he was a bit teary eyed and we had a load of awkward silences. He hugged me and said let's keep in touch. A few hours after we parted, I texted him that I missed him already. He said it was nice spending two days together and let's hang out sometime. Yesterday, our mutual friend and I have been sending him pics of us hanging out. He video called me, but I think it was mostly to say bye to her because she's leaving the country and he didn't get to say bye. What does he expect from me and how should I proceed from here?
