hi so I like this girl and we have been chatting and going out and ik she likes me because she flirts with me often so anyways me and her are finally going to be alone alone together she is coming over to my pool and maybe I can seize the opportunity and maybe we will get our first kiss and who knows maybe I get lucky. I want it to be something special, how do I do something special and also hint that I want to kiss her?

You have two options:
1. You can ask her. Say something like "I'd really like to kiss you." OR
2. You can get close to her, start going in for a kiss, slowly but not too slow,. She'll get the idea that you want to kiss her, and she ill either back off or not. If not, go ahead and kiss her.
A first kiss should be soft and nice, not passionate. If she likes the kiss, you can go for a second kiss, with a bit more passion, but don't go for the tongue yet.

Suck it up butter cup. If she is looking at your lips at all when you talk she is thinking about kissing you. Go for the kiss but only halfway and then pause for a second. If she backs away abort. If she stays in position go in for the kill. The kiss is what makes it memorable not the situation.
