What personality is most attractive to guys?

my personality is more loud and easily excitable and i haven't had much luck with finding someone suitable... i have noticed that in most of my friend groups, the quiet and sweet girls get attached first.

do guys like girls who are calmer?

Well that will be highly subjective to a guy, I can say about myself:

1. If a woman is sweet ( sweet as a person)

2. If a woman is kind, caring

3. If a woman is very mature and never plays any sort of mind games under any situation but always does things the right way.

4. If a woman is very understanding and supportive.

5. If the woman is of the " Open book" type.

I am sure men in general will find some of the points I mentioned above as attractive personality in women.
