Im not currently dating but if I were I’d stay away from anything up or down more than 3 years. Not an agist by any means.. I have many friends much older and much younger…I just don’t want to work with someone and avoid the mentor mentee dynamic that age absolutely doesn’t necessarily create but heavily impacts.

Married for 25 years to older man by 14 years. Widowed for 4 years and wondering how to even consider dating. Selection is either younger or not-so-great age bracket. 🤔 so age isn't the biggest factor with me.
