Dating 10 months, first time I said it, he replied, "I know". Said it a few months later he said "That's good". Where do we go from here, he has said i am his world, but I am assuming he doesn't actually love me. He has had trauma in the past, but I can't believe that is the cause of his reluctance. I can only think he is unsure of me.

If that guy is not particularly verbose, I'd ask you what he does for your relationship, what are the actions when the words are missing?
Always there when I need him, does all sorts of jobs round my house, rings me every morning and night, see him most every day. Nice days out together, holidays too.
Says I mean the world to him and he does not ever want to be without me, but that he has not said "i love you" to someone for many years, and can't I tell without him saying it
You defined his love for you by illustrating how much he cares about you. I get it that you want to hear it, in plain words. But don't let that fool you, the actions speak and they speak loud. You mentioned past trauma on his part, the puzzle is complete I'd say, enjoy your time with him, he will be able to open up, with words, sooner or later :)
A female on a fake blue profile? That's unusual. So unusual I'm not even sure I believe it.
No, he does not love you back honey. Sorry.
he said do I need to say it, can't you tell how I feel. Well, no, it is nice to hear it sometimes.
Those are such avoidant responses, girl. You can do soooo much better. Men like this kill your confidence, you start to think you’re unlovable and judge yourself.
