Don't make personal insults is all. I'm sure that type of girl has worked hard to get like that. Building muscle and getting "buff" qs you say is work. That means she did it on purpose. No one goes through that sort of work on accident. It's best to not say anything about her figure. If you don't like it then move on and leave her alone. If you do like it then why would you say anything that would be considered "the worst" you could say to her. I'm assuming that you don't know this girl by the context of the question. Working on that assumption the first thing is not to comment on looks so much as strike a conversation and impress us with your personality which is far more important
