However, I know the type of fit dude you are talking about, and they are easy to spot. But staying fit requires a certain amount of dedication and commitment, as well as healthy lifestyle habits. That is also part of the reason I wouldn't take a second look at a dad bod. It shows what he values in his daily lifestyle; the food he eats, what he puts his money towards, how well he manages his time, his work ethic, etc. Any kids we had will be affected by his lifestyle habits, so I want them to be good ones.

A fit guy does not equal a jerk, just like a dad bod guy does not equal honorable. Cheaters and users come in all shapes and sizes.

Some girls’ do and some don’t , everyone has their own preferences of what they like and don’t like. I was never a skinny guy, I have always been broad and big boned , like a mixture of fat and muscle. I use to think girls’ wouldn't be attracted to me , when I was younger but shockingly I was wrong , I didn’t land every girl , but when I started accepting myself for who I was , and just started being myself. More girls’ were starting to be attracted to me. Most girls’ that were attracted to me , told me they liked my personality and they felt safe and protected by me and they loved my heart and other things as well about me lol. So my whole life , I was the middle guy when it came to girls’ she rather liked my build or didn’t like my build. I have been with girls’ that said I was hot and I been with girls’ that said I was nice. So people again have their own preferences of what they like and don’t like. I prefer girls’ to be average , not to skinny and not to fat , A girl that is too skinny is like screwing a skeleton , so some meat on her bones is better lol

Exactly , most women hate insecure guys’ if he gets’ a little jealous from time to time , she usually doesn’t mind that because it let’s her know he still loves and values her , Most females’ like to play these games with guys’ like she is testing him lol, but when a guy is extreme jealous and insecure she will be turned off and more than likely walk away , because most women want to feel safe and protected by a guy , she is usually the one that is insecure about herself or shy etc. With my experiences with females’ even the ones that look absolutely gorgeous to our eyes that we feel is out of our league , are usually the ones that don’t think she is that beautiful. We can all easily be our own worst enemy when it comes down to being attracted to someone and automatically assume they won’t be interested in us , I use to be shy around beautiful girls’ thinking I don’t have a chance , when I realized I have no reason to be shy and accept who I am and started treating others’ the same way I wanted to be treated in return , I started attracting more females’ that were absolutely beautiful. One thing I have learned in relationships through they years is it’s best for a guy to balance between good guy and bad guy Not too good and not too bad just enough to keep her on her toes wanting to be by your side. Girls’ like a guy that she is chasing , she doesn’t want to be the one chased. because most females’ are care takers , she wants a guy that she is looking up to , not down to , If a guy is chasing her and constantly kissing her ass , to her he is desperate and looks weak to her eyes , it’s a big turn off to most girls’ Me personally loves submissive girls’ A girl that wants to please me and value me that makes me feel valued and appreciated , that has no problem wanting to please me. I don't find it attractive but is it not a total turn off either like if the guy is perfect in everyday other way i see no reasons not to date him just for this, it's literally just some fat that is easy to lose trough a small diet. Most people having this body eat badly (lots of animals fat, sugar, white bread / rice / pasta no veggie) and you just need to swap some ingredient and eat more veggie to get a flatter stomach. Dad bod is usually sign of eating too many animal fat / sugar and white cereal but not necessary a sign of being obese or fat it's usually just a bad diet and if you switch to low fat (and vegetal fat), whole grain, whole sugar (muscovado sugar) and add more veggie then you're going to get a flat stomach.

I don't get why people would reject someone just for a little fat while is it very easy to get the person in shape with minimum efforts no work out is even needed for this.

I don't mind any body really. My husband has definitely gained some weight since becoming a dad, but he still works out to keep his muscles too. Somewhere between those two pictures but closer to the left fs & he's still hot so. I think I'd date someone with a dad bod, sure.

I‘m a fit girl (fit is the new skinny 💪🏋️‍♀️) that spends a lot of time in the gym, doesn’t eat fast food etc.
So…the question isn’t if I find the dad bod guy attractive…our goals in life wouldn’t match…

They don't. Many women will find the dad-bod comforting because when a woman get's pregnant many men will undergo sympathetic pregnancy and gain weight increase emotionality. This signifies the man will stay and rear the children. Women don't find this attractive though.
