Absolutely. Dating applications are a great example of that. Women will attract just about any single man she walks up to, but a man will sit with friends and by himself, but unless he is considered super attractive (because we all have a scale), guys can go months without a single woman walking up to him, and walking up to women, unless you are moderately attractive, and smooth talking picking up on all cues, your basic guy is going to have a 93.7% chance of being rejected for just being who he is as a person.
