i'd frequently see a girl in high school that had a big and round butt. it looks somewhat like the picture. she'd say that she never works out. can that be really genetics?

It can be natural, but most women won't come blessed like that. Genetics are rough, man.

Think about it; somebody somewhere had to naturally have the perfect breasts and/or perfect butt that made everyone else drool and want to get surgery. If we hadn't seen an example of "perfect" in nature, we wouldn't have known what we're striving to have.
