Big boobs are entirely genetic. You either have them naturally or you got surgery to have them. You can't do anything to get themy if you don't already have them. The combination of a big butt and a tiny waist is possible within reason if you want a butt composed entirely of rock solid muscle and not fat. You can build that up but it's going to take a very long time. As in a couple of years. And you need to train ando eat with the intentity of a bodybuilder to get there. It's not happening with bodyweight squats and leg lifts.

Yes, I did achieve the look. I had to gain weight with a high calorie healthy diet to achieve the big boobs/butt look. I do squats to tone my leg and bottom. Also, I run up and down stairs to accomplish a lifted butt, I do weighted fit hoops (hulu hoop) for my waist. Finally lots of arm reps for toned arms (not muscle looking, just toned).

Well you would need a medium butt to begin with, big boobs to begin with (or push up bra), and a naturally thin waist (or waist trainer)

The only genetic way is to be an hourglass. I find Indian women are most likely to have that small waist which shapely butt and boobs. Latinas and others have big butt and boobs but not as many small waists. Indian temples statues show that historically the women there had small waists.

With breats however you need to win the genetics lottery. 😏

Some women develop that way, I think it's more to do with hormones and genetics than exercises. Though obviously anyone will get fat if they eat enough.
