Should I just give up if a guy is out of my league?

So everything was going great with conversation until we swapped pics and the guy is honestly so out of my league and he only said I looked good. Not pretty or gorgeous just good.

I would like to continue talking to him but I feel like it's such a waste of time when he's like an 8 and I'm like a 2 though he claims to feel like a 3 or 4. But still he didn't say I was pretty so I think I need to move on to a guy who is on my level and will actually find me attractive.

It's somewhat mutual. The effort isn't excessive which I like but I wish I knew if he was really extremely attracted to me. He just said I looked good and commenting on my breasts. He did say he was awkward though so that could be it.
