Women, what do you find attractive about men?

I'll give you a real, concrete answer but please note that every woman is different and what I'm about to say is based on my own personal taste:

In terms of instant attraction (shallow factors):

• Obviously, I need to find your face at least attractive/decent to get you to the door
• Has a job, or currently has a plan to pursue a good future for themselves
• Having a car/knowing how to drive
• Planning the first few dates
• Opening the doors
• Good posture
• Being themselves - like they don't sound or look fake or insincere just to impress you. And, personally, you don't need to be a good conversationalist either. Matter of fact, I tend to be more attracted to introverted men. Hone into your natural charm so you don't come off as trying too hard
• Be confident, not cocky - You have a good balance of not talking about yourself and your accomplishments way too much. Ask questions about your date as well.

For long-term attraction (deeper factors):

• Words match their actions - some guys would say something that they are a certain way in the beginning but then end up being/doing something else. For example, some men would say they care about the woman's pleasure during sex, but then when sexy time comes, they spend so little time doing foreplay and rush into penetration so that's confusing.
• The first point pairs up with another attractive trait--CONSISTENCY. Are they just being fake in the beginning to get into your pants, or will they continue to be good even after?
• Personality and behavior - like being a gentleman, caring and considerate. For example, the guy would notice the small things like if I mentioned I haven't eaten yet, he'd buy me food and I didn't have to ask for it/expect it.
• Present and A good listener - he is not on his phone most of the time when we're on a date (maybe checking his phone 1-3 times at minimum for emergencies or work, etc is fine)
• Being good with children - you don't gotta be a pro and know how to change underwear, but you at least know how to act and converse with children
• The hardest part, and most men don't have this... it's EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE. This means you let go of your ego for a while and listen to understand, not listen just to argue something back, being defensive and being right. This is not about who is right or wrong. This is about having empathy. What does it take to have empathy? Being able to look past your own trauma/hurt/pride and being able to stand in someone else' shoes and understand on the fundamental level that validating someone's emotions does not mean you are absolving them of negative behavior.
• Growth mindset - this means being open to therapy, and taking care of their mental health in healthy ways. Learn to open up and be vulnerable. Your fear of being vulnerable and learning to trust others prevents you from ever truly making deep connections. If you can't show your deepest self, how can you expect of give others the chance to love and accept you for who you are? And if they didn't, then they are not the right person for you.

The woman must also be deserving of such treatments and not take men who has these for granted. But this is about answering the question and I did.

Not a woman but all women are different. I think finding out what a specific woman finds attractive is more important.

What you need to remember is finding quality of woman NOT quantity. Don’t fall into the trap of wanting as many women as possible because it can be more of a curse then a blessing.

Instead figure out who and what YOU want…. Because that’s important and not every woman is going to provide you with that. Obviously any real relationship is double sided but you should be focused on finding whose right for YOU…. Not all women in general. All women are different.
