One of the core symptoms of borderline personality disorder is unstable personality traits, so yes, a "temper tantrum' is not uncommon with it.

No. That’s not a bpd trait, that’s just her being immature about not getting her way. Just because someone has bpd doesn’t mean that every and any negative behaviour they have is related to their bpd.
