Obviously a man can be a slut, why would they not? If you are a person who is very easygoing and has sex with a bunch of people with no commitment, to me, that means being a slut. And I really think it's stupid to weigh this in two completely opposite ways depending on what gender you have. Some idiots came up with that like what 200 years ago when brain cells weren't a thing yet.

And yess I agree-ish with your latter statement, but without wanting to write you a whole research paper on this, that is due to and could be majorly improved by resolving the pariarchy - first and foremost through the mechanism of boys (!!) learning proper social skills and empathy so they don't fall as majorly behind on how tf to talk to and respect women like you would any other human being. If you have good relationships with women you understand them (and what "they want") and know how to behave normally and respectful towards them whilst perceiving them as an equal and not some object that must be hunt down. Furthermore, due to being properly socialized, they'll be more likely to take care of basics like proper hygiene and through bridging the payment gap, the significantly different focus that is put onto exterior qualities like beauty will be equalized between men and women. Thereby, men will put more focus on their looks, will be prettier on average and the attractiveness-gap between the genders will become lower. So basically men and women will be equally self-sustained, powerful and hot and each gender will have a similar experience in dating. Tadaa.

I took many shortcuts in my explanation but you can literally look most of these things up and puzzle them together through reading papers on web of science, esp review articles. But like it takes a while, for me an entire Bachelors study of Psychology. So maybe just iunno educate yourself on feminism and it's visions, they prob explain the basic concepts more cohesively and are hopefully based in science as well.

I actually used to believe in feminism, not I see it mostly as a lie, feminism is the reason why there is so many lonely childless cat ladies nowadays, it didn't used to be like that in the past. Don't get me wrong, I am okay with female soldiers, but feminism is mostly misandry.

Could you tell me more about why you think that's the case, as in what exactly is happening through feminism that makes so women women childless and lonely? Do you mean it's that men don't want to deal with that and thereby stay single, or do you mean eg. they are less likely to have children?
