This question assumes you can control your girlfriend. You can voice your opinion, but unless you physically restrain her, you cannot prevent her from posting what you think are provocative photos. And remember, what is provocative to some is normal yo others.

Let her post her pictures. There are more important things to be concerned about in a relationship.

Different people have different opinions on what's provocative. Is a vacation pic of a girl in her bikini provocative? Or is it normal wear for the beach?

I don't think that would be cheating unless she was doing it for a specific person, and was receiving reciprocal provocative pictures from that specific person in return. (Even if she never got any pictures in return, I would still be upset if she posted photos specifically for someone else in the hopes of receiving photos back from them. Trying to cheat is still bad, even if unsuccessful.)
