What to do with a lock of hair?

My girlfriend said she's going to give me a lock of her hair, and while I find it cute and endearing, I'm not sure what I should do with it other than put it in an Altoids tin.

Are there any fun ideas of what I could do with it? I've never received something like this before, so I'm just not sure what to do.

But if you wanna get a little more creative with it, you could try like, braiding it into a little bracelet or necklace. That'd be a pretty unique way to keep it close. Or you could even laminate it or put it in one of those little glass/resin crafts, make it into a little keepsake or something.

As long as you keep it somewhere safe and take good care of it, the options are pretty open. It's just a sentimental thing, you know? Something to remind you of your girlfriend. I'd stay away from anything too weird or creepy though, haha. Just keep it simple and meaningful.

The main thing is that you appreciate the gesture. Your girlfriend trusted you enough to give you a piece of herself, so just make sure you treat it with care, y'know? Get creative with it if you want, but the most important thing is that it has meaning for you. Have fun with it, dude!
