Is a person who got plastic surgery for medical reasons a turn off for you?

I remember seeing this question a little while ago it had something to do with plastic surgery for beautifying reasons and dating and many people said it was a turn off for them dating somebody who got cosmetic surgery for beauty reasons.

Anyway this question is a little different. Would you date a person who got plastic surgery for medical reasons?
For example what about a person born with a cleft lip.
Surgery for cleft lips is definitely needed. Clefts lips can cause a person struggle eating, breathing and speaking.
