Would you date a person who got plastic surgery for medical (not cosmetic) reasons?

I know a girl who was born with a cleft lip and she got surgeries when she was a minor. It was also government funded her surgery.

Where I live people cannot get government assistance or funding if the plastic surgery is for cosmetic or beautifying reasons.
