Generally no, but there could be exceptions. I think most plastic surgery that women get for cosmetic reasons looks horrific. I mean duck lips or butt implants? And fake boobs? You've got to be kidding! What a turn off. And the fact that she would do that to herself tells me something about her personality that also turns me off. But, if she got plastic surgery because she was in an accident or to tighten things up after she had a baby, or something like that, for medical reasons, that's something different.

Now if a girl had breast and got her breast enlarged to me that sister turned off because you can tell that they're fake I like real breasts real nipples are you talking about the girl in the picture that girl doesn't need plastic surgery that girl is beautiful just the way she is all those girls are

It would depend on if I liked the enhancement. An obvious example is a boob job.

I could be expected to chip in for future enhancements. If she has a bucket list it might worry me but I could be quite to contribute to laser hair removal for an ultra smooth look and feel.

Only if the surgery was for something essential, like removing a scar or a deformity. What I see in the images above, especially the first two, is just grotesquely weird. No one looks like that naturally, and it isn't at all attractive.

Definitely yes. I find big fake boobs (even extreme and size), ass lifted, lips done and many more extremely turning me on. More plastic look the better. If my girl would want boob job, I'll be insisting for a fake look instead of as natural as possible. Duck lips are extremely sexy for me.

I'm against some stupid surgeries - like ribs removal so she can be thinner.

I know that many guys will disagree with me. But we all have own preferences.

It depends on the situation, but probably not if it was done purely out of vanity in an attempt to be "perfect". I don't mind other people's (perceived) imperfections, just as I hope they wouldn't mind mine. :)
