Why would my friends wife start doing weird things?

Long story short, my child hood friend got married a couple years ago and after the wedding they wanted me to come back to their home. I decliened becuase of things I had to do the next morning. The last time we actually talked in person was at the wedding/bar. Anyway today she took a screenshot of my snapstorys and not just one SS it was 2 back to back stories. I didn't ask but its very strange. She hasn't wished me happy birthday ever since the wedding either. I don't know it felt like she got pissed I didn't come back to her house after I don't know. She was asking me a lot of personal questions about my love life and what Im going to college for... her husband ( aka) my childhood friend was sorta shocked about how much she paid attention to my life... it was strange.. he wasn't even as informed as to what I was doing in my life than she was. Anyway Whats her motive? whats up with the random Screenshots? and they werent even pics of me. It was a screenshot of a vid im editing and the second story was a story of a store in NYC.

Dude, that's a really weird and unsettling situation with your friend's wife. The random screenshots, the personal questions, and the fact that she seems more informed about your life than even your friend is - that's all just super odd behavior.
