Yo, that's a tough spot to be in, man. If your girlfriend is insisting that you admit to being jealous, but you really don't want to tell her anything, that's a tricky situation.
On the one hand, being honest and open in a relationship is really important. Your girlfriend is probably feeling some kind of way and wants you to acknowledge it. Bottling up those feelings could lead to bigger problems down the line.
But on the other hand, you don't have to tell her everything, especially if you're not comfortable with it. You're entitled to your privacy and feelings, and she can't just force you to say something you don't want to.
My advice would be to try to find a middle ground. Maybe you could say something like "I appreciate you wanting me to be open, but I'm just not ready to talk about that right now." Reassure her that it's not because you don't trust her, but just that you need some time to work through it yourself first.
See if you can compromise and agree to revisit the conversation later, when you're feeling more ready. In the meantime, focus on communicating in other ways - tell her how much she means to you, quality time together, that sort of thing.
The key is finding a balance between being honest and also respecting your own boundaries. Don't let her pressure you into admitting something you're not ready for. Handle it calmly, but firmly. Hopefully she can understand and you two can work through it together.
If you jealous, just be honest. Why would u deny it.
