Found out she ghosted me for a reason?

Today I found out why this girl ghosted me. We work in the same building, but not same departments. I got her phone number and texted her saying I would love to take her out tomorrow, she ghosted me for four months. Today I found out she ghosted me, and that happened because she didn't want to get in trouble either with work or with the boss. My questions are.. why would she give me her number if she was scared? I know she likes me but can't date me at work.. should I do something about it? I like her too

She could have changed her mind about you, or simply gotten cold feet about the idea of dating a coworker. Or, it's possible that she even started seeing someone and didn't want to screw anything up. A lot of women get suuuuuper weird about having any guys on their contact list when they start dating someone.

Something you'll learn the more you deal with women is that the simplest explanation is often the best. Women are not complicated.
