If you are not computer proficient, then it will be difficult to find out if he is playing online games with women. The only legal way would be to observe him while he is playing and see if he does or not.

Illegal ways would be to place a small spy camera in the room where he is playing and have the camera aiming the screen and recording the screen. Another illegal way would be to install a software that records keystrokes, that makes a recording of the screen or to record his voice when he chats with other participants.

The best way though is to talk with him about you feeling uncomfortable when he chats/plays with women.

ask him. if its anything dodgy, he'll give you a dodgy response. Can be something simple like "tell me about your games, are they multiplayer? yeah?, do you have friends to play with? what they like?" etc
