I met my ex-boyfriend at the university library. Maybe you can go to a library or even a university library, use their computers and scope out girls. Bookstore too. There's infinite ways to meet a girl especially at your age.

i always tell people to let people fix you up and then i was and i made the guy wait for a year before i would go out with him but it turned out to be a great match. so back to my original advice, let people fix you up. the girls you know would know who would be good for you
