Girls, Is it ok for a guy to like comics and action figures?

My parents are very against my geeky hobbies. So I'm kinda afraid to tell a woman I like that stuff. Yes I have a large action figure collection. But I will put it away if a woman asked me to. Maybe a few out. I like comics because I enjoy the artwork and stories. There are women at work who watch the marvel movies but have no real understanding of who the characters are and what like the infinity stones are so I inform them and they said they can enjoy the films more because they understand that stuff.

My husband has large collection on action figures. He even buy a big glass shelf for them. I respect that and I have no problem with him loving it.
